What are your hours?
Our dealer location is open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.(EST).
However you can shop online from our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Online customer service is open Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
How long will it take to process my online order?
Upon placing your order, we will take one to two days to process, except weekends and holidays. A customer service person will contact you within this period of time. Please be noted that orders are processed for shipping only after the payment is received.
I am a new Paypal user, I cant pay more than us $2000 online. What do I do?
If you are a new Paypal user, and you can't pay more then US $2000 at a time, please contact us.
Do you ship outside USA?
Sorry, we currently ship only within continental USA. In near future we are planning to ship worldwide.

Can I pick up from the dealer location?
Yes you can. If you would like to pick up the vehicle from the dealer location, please tell it to the customer service person when contacted for shipping.
Is the shipping cost included in the price?
Shipping cost is not included in the price. You carry the expenses for shipping. However we will arrange all the processing for you to have you your car right in front of your house.
I dont want to buy online, but I would like to make an appointment for a car I see online
If you like a car you see on our site, please feel free to call us to make an appointment. Appointments are subject to restrictions. If you make an appointment to see a car, it is possible the car may be sold by the time you get there. We will make every possible effort to contact you prior to your trip. WE DO NOT HOLD ANY VEHICLES FOR ANY REASON.
Can I order by phone instead of using paypal?
Yes you can. Please call us with your payment options. We can take matters from there.
What are my Payment Options?
You can pay using your bank account, debit card, credit card, cashiers check, or money order. All credit card, debit card, bank account payments are to be made through PayPal. If you would like to pay using money order or cashiers check, please feel free to contact us. We DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS!
Do you fix cars?
We are not a repair facility. All vehicles are prepared for delivery and are completely "road ready". If you need mechanical or body repair we usually refer to the local new car dealer or garage. Click here to visit the links page.
Do I have warranty with the car I buy from you?
YES, All vehicles purchased are mandated by Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 90 Section 7N 1/4.
In addition we offer our own guarantee and their are additional commercial offers available.

Can I return the car I bought if I dont like it?
You can return the car only if:
a) a defect that impairs safety or use arose during the warranty period.
AND b) the defect continued to exist or has recurred during the warranty period after either:
1. three or more repair attempts for the same defects, or
2. being out of service after being returned for repair for any defect for a cumulative total of 10 or more business days.
All returns must comply with the warranty aggrement.
